Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Ragondin Dev Inc. collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can have it removed. We have tried to keep it short and specific, because a privacy policy you cannot read is not a privacy policy.

Who we are

Ragondin Dev Inc. is a Delaware C corporation, incorporated in 2025, with its registered office at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States. For anything in this policy, contact chloe@ragondin.dev.

What we collect

There is exactly one place on this site where you can give us personal data: the contact form on the home page. It collects two things.

  • Your email address, so we can reply to you.
  • The message you write, describing what you want to build.

The form also contains a hidden field that real people never fill in. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded as automated spam and nothing is sent or stored. We do not ask for your name, your phone number, or your company.

What we do not do

  • We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own.
  • We do not store your submission in a database. There is no user account system.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone for marketing.
  • We do not use your message to train any machine learning model.

How a submission is handled

When you submit the form, the content is passed to a small program running on Cloudflare's network, which immediately relays it as an email to chloe@ragondin.dev and then discards it. Your address is set as the reply-to on that email. From that point your message lives in our email inbox, and nowhere else that we control.

Who else processes your data

  • Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site, sits in front of it as a network provider, and delivers the contact email. In doing so it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser user agent, as any web host does, for security and to serve the page.
  • Our email provider stores the resulting message in our inbox.

We use no other third-party processors on this website.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in our inbox for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and no longer than 24 months from your last message to us, after which they are deleted. If a project starts, the correspondence is retained for the life of the engagement and for as long as we are required to keep business records afterwards.

Legal basis

Where the European Union General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your message on the basis of legitimate interest, specifically responding to an enquiry you chose to send us, and on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not rely on consent for marketing, because we do not send marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can also object to our processing it. Email chloe@ragondin.dev and we will act within 30 days. There is nothing to pay and you do not need a reason.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you think we have handled your data badly, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

International transfers

We are a United States company and our email is processed in the United States. If you write to us from elsewhere, your message crosses a border to reach us. Sending the form is your decision to do that.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle existing enquiries will be sent to the address we hold for you.
